Terms and Conditions

Entry Forms:

Each team must submit and Entry Form and appropriate payment. Entry Forms must include the Team Name, names, addresses and emergency contact numbers for each racer and date of birth if under 18 years of age. This might seem like an excessive level of detail but it is a requirement of the Race's insurance and will be useful should there be an accident.

 

When registering the team at the Start, the Team Captain will be required to sign to agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Closing Dates for Entry:

Entries and payment must be received as follows -
• On-line through Pay-pal before midnight on 19th December 2011.
• By cheque/post to Windlesham Pram Race Committee, c/o Hillview News Agents, Updown Hill, Windlesham, Surrey, GU20 6ET by 19th December 2011.
• In cash on the day at the start from 9.30am.

 

Entry Fees:
Entries received on-line or by post before Sunday 19th December 2011. Cheques payable to Windlesham Pram Race:


• Over 18 - £7.50
• Under 18 - £5.00


Entries received after 19th December 2011 will be considered as entering on the day and will cost £10.00 for all ages. Register early to save!
