2/ Because we no longer get many true racing entries, this year we are simplifying the arrangements! All racers are now in the Best Dressed category. If any team wish to keep up the timed speed racing tradition they must let the organisers know on the day so that they can be given a better chance by being released 5 minutes before the rest at the front of the start line. There is a trophy for the fastest team to keep.

All entries are to be based on a pram chassis or similar sized pedestrian propelled vehicle. Overly large entries or designs not suitable for a family day will not be allowed. Each team will be issued with a team number which must be clearly displayed on the "Pram". Adjudicator's decision regarding suitability of entry on the day will be final. There are trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd to keep and the Pram Trophy for the 1st team to keep for a year.
